Polycarbonate (PC) flat-bottom cell culture flask/bottle designed for closed-system liquid handling and suspension culture. The flask is supplied sterile and double-bagged with an attached thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) external transfer tube (50 cm) and a hydrophobic vent filter (0.22 μm, 13.8 cm²); tubing is heat-sealed to maintain sterility. Flasks are electron-beam sterilized and provided ready for cell culture applications requiring aseptic transfers and gas exchange while observing filled liquid volume.
