Biotechne - ACD, RNAscope® HiPlex8 Reagent Kit 324100

RNAscope® HiPlex8 Reagent Kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed using ACD's patented signal amplification technology. The reagents can be used to detect upto 8 RNA targets in a single tissue section. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope HiPlex8 Detection Reagents (PN 324110), RNAscope Protease III & Protease IV (PN 322340), RNAscope Target Retrieval reagents (PN 322000), RNAscope Wash Buffer (PN 310091), and HiPlex Cleaving Stock Solution (PN 324130). RNAscope HiPlex Image Registration Software (PN 300065) required for adequate imaging.
