RNAscope®2.5 LS (Leica Biosystems) assay is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) single-plex, chromogenic -RED assay for use with the Leica Biosystems BOND RX automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems. The automated system provides high throughput, reproducible RNA ISH results with minimal hands-on time. RNAscope®Leica Reagent Kit, includes the pretreatment and detection reagents for automated amplification. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides/tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75inx 0.75in).Note: To run LS 2.5 reagents you will need LS 2.5 probes for assay compatibility.
