Buchi Extr. chamber Univ. LSV inert 11064850
Extraction chamber, LSV inert configuration, designed as a glass assembly accessory for BUCHI UniversalExtractor systems (E-800 / E-500 / H-506 series). The LSV inert extraction chamber provides a larger extraction volume for processing increased sample quantities while enabling inert-gas supply to protect analytes from oxidation. It is intended for use in solvent extraction workflows such as Soxhlet, hot extraction and other methods supported by the UniversalExtractor platform to achieve improved analyte recovery and reproducible concentration of extracts.
Key Features:
- LSV (Large Sample Volume) glass assembly with chamber and beaker sized 60% larger than standard components
- Inert-gas supply compatible for all process steps (extraction, rinsing, drying) to protect oxidation-sensitive analytes
- Compatible with BUCHI UniversalExtractor series (E-800, E-500, H-506) as an interchangeable extraction glass chamber accessory
- Designed for solvent boiling points below 150 °C and for the extraction methods supported by the UniversalExtractor platform
Advantages:
- Increased sample throughput and lower detection limits owing to the 60% larger LSV glass volume
- Analyte protection via integrated inert-gas capability, reducing oxidation and sample degradation during extraction and concentration
- Direct compatibility with BUCHI UniversalExtractor systems enables straightforward interchangeability and use of established extraction methods
