The SpeedDigester K-425 is an infrared (IR) digestion instrument designed for fast mineralization and digestion workflows such as Kjeldahl and reflux digestion. It processes multiple samples simultaneously using sealed heating chambers and supports BUCHI sample tubes up to 500 mL for applications including Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), heavy metals and phosphate determination. The instrument combines rapid IR heating with controlled cooling and the option for continuous H2O2 addition to accelerate digestion steps, and operates at 115 V for locations requiring that supply.
