Gas Perm Seal 2 is a gas-permeable, porous heat-seal film supplied as a 115 mm wide roll for laboratory plate sealing. It provides a porous barrier to prevent solid contamination while permitting gas exchange, and is intended for short-term incubations, cell culture, seed and insect storage applications where gas exchange is required without adhesive contact with well contents. The seal is peelable and pierceable to allow manual or automated pipette access.
