Ultraseal™ Clear Seal Pierce is a thin, optically clear heat-sealing film designed to form complete, pierceable seals to microplates for PCR, qPCR, optical imaging and automated workflows. Supplied as a sterile 115 mm roll (SF03115SR), the film is pierceable with autosampler needles and capillary systems and is suitable for use with ABI 3730 sequencers and automated liquid handling. The seal provides reliable integrity for short-term storage, thermal cycling (with pressurised heated lids) and fluorescence or colorimetric detection applications.
