Bi-directional transfer cap designed for 5 L high-efficiency Erlenmeyer flasks to enable aseptic liquid transfer into and out of flasks by positive or negative pressure. The cap is supplied sterile with pre-assembled external TPE tubing and a vent tube with hydrophobic PTFE filter for sterile gas exchange. Intended for laboratory cell culture and liquid-handling applications where contamination control during media transfer is required.
